Our Site is not directed towards children (14) years of age or under and we do not knowingly collect any information from children 14 years of age or under through the Site.
What We Collect and How We Use It
Personally Identifiable Information
Although you may generally use our site without providing us with any personally identifiable information, for some site applications or services, we may collect certain types of personally identifiable information, including: name, postal address, e-mail addresses, birth date, and phone number. This type of information is only collected from you voluntarily; we will never gather or store such information without your knowledge and consent. Demographic Information and Surveys and Polls
We may ask for demographic or profile (age, gender, household, interests, etc.) information in a survey/poll or at registration. This information is used to assist us in tailoring the site, our communications, and our services and products to visitors and consumers. We may share aggregated demographic and survey information, as opposed to individual information, with third parties. In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Spanish Act 15/1999,of 13th of December, you are informed of the existence of a database containing personal data relating to you, created by and for WILICO WIRELESS NETWORKING SOLUTIONS S.A. (hereinafter referred as WILICO), under its responsibility, which is necessary for the normal provision of the services contracted.
For this purpose, you expressly authorise WILICO, itself or through third parties responsible for processing personal data, to hold and process you personal particulars on any kind of support, and to use them according to this Privacy Policy.
Wimob uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep personally identifiable information secure. Only authorized Wimob employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information and only to help Wimob administer its promotional programs and the site.
If you have signed up to receive newsletters and email from us, we will make every effort to have all such communications allow you to opt-out of further such communications. If enabled on the site, you may visit your account settings page to set your opt-in/opt-out settings. In the event that you wish to otherwise modify your settings, you may always contact us at customerservice@wimob.com.
If enabled on the site, you may visit your account settings page to delete your account and/or information. In compliance with the provisions of Articles 6 et seq. of the referred Data Protection Spanish Act, you have the right at all times to object to the processing of its personal data and to access, correct and cancel the personal data held by WILICO. The request must contain the following details: yours full name, address for the purpose of notifications, photocopy of tax number or identity card or passport, and the specific request. In the case of a representative, formal evidence of such representation must be provided.
WILICO undertakes to comply with its confidentiality obligation with respect to personal data and with its duty to safeguard them, and shall take the necessary steps to avoid any alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or unauthorised access, in compliance with the provisions of the Security Regulations governing computerised databases containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21th December.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically. Any amendments made to this Privacy Policy will be considered effective ten (10) days after the amendments are posted on the site.
